The college is situated on a sprawling campus which meets global standards. The buildings are impressive and are aesthetically constructed.
The library and information centre of Nitte Engineering College Bangalore has a vast collection of books and reference material. Students are encouraged to use the library during the working house. The library has comfortable seating and is a well lit area, providing perfect conditions for the students to learn. Every department has a separate library with books pertaining to the department curriculum.
There are separate hostels for boys and girls at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology. The Nitte hostels are known for its cleanliness and secure premises. The college has made provision for 1000 boys and 500 girls. The hostels serve both vegetarian and non vegetarian food to students. All hostels have excellent facilities. All hostels have 24 hour water supply with common reading, games and TV rooms
The campus is safe and secure with CCTV cameras placed at strategic points throughout the campus.
There is a medical centre for emergency health care for students. A doctor visits the health care centre twice a week for consultation. For more serious medical issues, NMIT Bangalore has tied up with two main hospitals in the city.
For the convenience of students there is a convenience and stationery store within the campus.
The college campus has two ATM kiosks for the benefit of students AXIS bank and Corporation Bank.
There is an open air theatre NMIT Engineering College campus which is used by the students for a number of cultural activities like music and dance performances.
The college is known for its excellent sports facilities. The students have represented the college in various university tournaments. Sports like cricket, netball, basketball, football are all encouraged within the campus. There are indoor games facilities for students.
