The Library of St Joseph Engineering College Mangalore is well equipped with modern facilities and resources. Library provides high-quality resources for work and study. Collection of book is about 43000 volumes; above 6000 print/online scholarly journals are used by more than 2200 members and others.
The College offer facility of hostels for Boys and Girls separately. In the SJEC Mangalore Hostel has spacious room with hot water, laundry and hygienic food facility for the students..
A fleet of eight buses plies on Puttur, Surathkal, Moodbidri, and Mangalore city routes where college offer pick and drop facility for the students.
The canteen at St Joseph Mangalore offer variety of food for reasonable price. There are separate sections for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. At a time, nearly 250 students can be accommodated in canteen and have food.
Stationery, photocopy and STD facility is provided within the campus for the benefit of the students and staff.
Admission Process in SJEC Mangalore:
St Joseph Engineering College admissions are governed as per religious minority institution status, as stated/declared by Government of Karnataka.
Selection is based on the merit of the candidate in the qualifying examination and Entrance test marks. Selection and admission will be provisional and is subject to the norms prescribed by A.I.C.T.E, V.T.U. and Government of Karnataka.
The candidates who meet the qualification are required to appear for entrance test and interview to be conducted at St Joseph Engineering College, Vamanjoor Mangalore or any other place specified by the college on the date college specified.
