About college

Vidyaniketan PU College Hubli was established in 2008 by the Chougala Education Society. Its quality education and excellent infrastructure make it one of the best PU colleges in Hubli. 
It is not only a PU college but also a training center for K-CET, JEE and AIPMT
Infrastructure
The college boasts of a large campus that is convenient and approachable. The library is spacious with reading and writing tables for students. 

The collection of books varies from PUC reference material to books on fundamental and advanced concepts of science. Vidyaniketan PU college has well-designed physics, chemistry, biology, and computer laboratories for the students. 

The college has separate boys' and girls’ hostel. The hostels have wardens who oversee the health and studies of all the students. 

There is a hot water facility for bathing in the hostels and potable drinking water available at all times. A bus system is available for students who require a transport facility.

Course details

Academics and Co-Scholastic Activities
The college offers a wide range of Science options for students. The courses offered are in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Statistics, and Mathematics. The language options offered are Hindi, Kannada, and Sanskrit.

Vidyaniketan college stresses on the importance of discipline on the college campus and outside. Students have counseling sessions with a professional counselor. 

There is a separate counseling room for this purpose. Parents can also make use of the counseling sessions to note the progress of students. 

Vidyaniketan PU Science college believes the physical fitness of students is of utmost importance. Therefore, the college emphasizes sports and extracurricular activities. Apart from sports, the college also hosts several debates and literary events.

Facilities

Vidyaniketan PU College Hubli has a very spacious library with a good collection of books, magazines and daily newspapers.

The college has a very well equipped science laboratories with modern technologies. The laboratories available are:

*Computer Science Lab

The college has separate hostels for both boys and girls. They are taken care by experienced wardens with all of their needs. They provide immediate medical facility in case of an emergency.
