About college

Having its roots in the Sadvidya Patshala in 1854, Sadvidya group of institutions has come a long way since. The Sadvidya composite PU college was established in 1999. The Institution has seen tremendous growth over the years and in 2007 also established the Sadvidya semi residential pu college to impart knowledge to students from peripheries of Mysore. 

Facilities:

Centrally located, Sadvidya PU College Mysore is convenient for students from all areas. The highly networked transport facilities, provides easy access to students. 

The college is situated on a sprawling campus and housed in a heritage building. The open spaces and non-cluttered classroom are conducive to the learning atmosphere in created in the college. 

It is considered as one of the best PU colleges in Mysore and is known for its academic achievements and holistic development of students.

Course details

Academics:
The management and staff of sadvidya pu college take utmost care to nurture students. Academics is given priority but the college stresses on the all round development of students.

Apart from regular PUC courses offered, the college imparts training for competitive examinations like CET, NEET, IITJEE among others.

Realising the importance of parental support for students, the college keeps parents of students up to date through frequent Parent teacher meetings and SMS communications. 

The teachers encourage students to embark on a quest for scientific reasoning thereby making them future ready and creative.

Sadvidya College Mysore has a very spacious library with reading room facilities and a very good collection of educative books.

Sadvidya Composite PU College Mysore has very good hostel facility for both boys and girls. They are provided with healthy food 3 times a day.

Sadvidya Pre University College Mysore has very well equipped libraries with all the necessary facilities required for the students.
