Established by the Sri Manjunatha Seva Trust, Vidya Soudha PU College Hassan has successfully nurtured the dreams of aspiring students. The College in Hassan started after its successful beginning in Bangalore. Vidya Soudha Pre-University College or VSPU aims at providing quality education with a holistic approach. The amenities and curriculum provided by the college easily make it to the top Hassan pu college list.

Infrastructure:
The College campus is well planned. It has an architecturally designed building and landscaping. The college has a fully functional library with a volume of reference material on various subject matters. 

The spacious in-house seating in the library facilitates good reading habits amongst the students.
The laboratories are designed with all safety measures.

Vidya Soudha PU College Hassan is an integrated college offering Science and Commerce courses.

Science
The college offers the two main streams of Science:

PCMB - Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology

PCMC - Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science

Vidya Soudha Pre University College has one of the best faculty who not only deliver the lessons but also motivate students to achieve. Training is given to students to crack the competitive examinations NEET, JEE, CET right from the 1st year of college.

Commerce:
The streams offered are:

CEBA -  Computer Science, Economics, Business Studies, Accountancy 

The aim is to encourage students interested in data handling and theory and analysis.

Students are encouraged to take up competitive examinations at the commerce level.

Coaching Centre:
The college also serves as a coaching or tutorial centre. Keeping in mind the students’ needs VSPU has an in-house coaching centre for after college hours. Students training for Board Examinations and Entrance examinations is provided. This concept of in-house tutorials saves time and energy of students who would otherwise go out for tuitions. This concept makes VSPU one of the top colleges in Hassan.

Facilities

Vidya Soudha PU college has a full-fledged library with various books related to different subjects. The students can borrow the books and refer at home as well. The library will be opened for extra hours for the benefit of the students.
