1. Jamia Milia University
The Jamia Milia University located in New Delhi is a NAAC Accredited Grade A, Central University.
Students aspiring for this IAS free coaching will be subject to admission examination and interviews. Only those students belonging to the minority community, SC/ST, and women candidates are eligible to apply.
The deserving students are then shortlisted from a list of waitlisted candidates
The application for free coaching may be downloaded from the university website or collected from the university office on all working days and submitted in the office of the Residential Coaching Academy.
Students will be given free coaching including hostel facilities. The program includes intensive coaching, tests, and general studies.
The students are allowed to use the free services until the declaration of results of the Civil Services Prelims is announced.

2. Uttar Pradesh Urdu Akademi
The Uttar Pradesh Urdu Akademi is located in Lucknow and is a Government of Uttar Pradesh undertaking.
The Academy provides free IAS coaching to deserving minority students. The coaching program is available only to students of the minority community compromising of Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Parsi, Buddhist, and Jains.
Students are selected through an entrance examination and interview process. Selected students are given free coaching for civil service examinations.

3. Aligarh Muslim University
Located in Uttar Pradesh, The Aligarh Muslim University invites applications from minorities, SC/ST, and women candidates.
These aspiring IAS candidates can apply for IAS free coaching in the Residential Coaching Academy in the University campus.
The Residential Coaching Academy conducts coaching programmes for students to enable them for entry into the Central and State Civil Services, Judicial Services, and Banking Services.
Interested candidates need to attempt an entrance examination and interview process.
The Aligarh Muslim University Residential Coaching Academy maintains a library which has the latest course material for the concerned competitive examinations.
The Library has two reading halls for boys and one for girls. Students are selected for the coaching programme through a National level entrance Test.

7. Maulana Azad National Urdu University

Located in New Delhi, Jamia Hamdard Residential Coaching Academy (JHRCA) for civil services provides IAS free coaching for minorities, SC/ST, and women.
The Academy was established in 2009 on the recommendation of the Sachar Committee Report to uplift and increase the proportion of candidates in Central and State services.

10. State Institute for Administrative Careers
The State Institute for Administrative Careers (SIAC) established in Mumbai by the Government of Maharashtra.
The institute provides free coaching with sole aim of improving the cadre of IAS and UPSC candidates in the state.
Invitation to apply for the SIAC coaching program will be announced in leading newspapers in the District of Maharashtra.
Candidates may apply online through their website. The entrance examination for SIAC coaching program will be held in November (date subject to change and will be notified in the website)
The training program is for a period of 11 months and candidates will not be permitted to take up any other course or job during this training program.
