JSS R S Hukkerikar Science Arts and Commerce PU College

The late Sri R. S. Hukkerikarji founded the Janata Shikshana Samiti in 1944 with the noble intention of promoting value- and need-based education. The institution has been working tirelessly to meet the needs of primary, intermediate, and higher education since its beginnings. Today, the institution, also known as JSS, has emerged as the region's top educational hub in North Karnataka. Under the leadership and dedication of the Late His Holiness, Sri Sri Vishweshateertha Swamiji of Pejawarmath, Udupi, as President, His Holiness Dr. D. Veerendra Heggadeji, Dharmadhikari of Dharmasthala, as Chairman, Dr. N. Vajrakumar, as Secretary, and Dr. Ajith Prasad, as Finance Officer, this institution has advanced significantly.
