The institution is constituent of Smt.Manoramabai Mohan Kudtarkar Foundation. Manorama College opened its gates to student fraternity in the year 2008 in the memory of Late. Smt.Manoramabai Mohan Kudtarkar with its aim to impart quality education and to equip the students with knowledge and skills which would provide them an edge to make meaningful contribution to the society.

Manorama College is affiliated to Karnataka University Dharwad & Approved By Govt. of Karnataka to nurture and provide education to students seeking graduation in the stream of BBA, BCA& B.BCOM.

The college also offers PU in Commerce recognized by PU Board Bangalore, Approved by Govt. of Karnataka.
