The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Health Sciences. Therefore, the eligibility criteria prescribed by the University shall hold for Srinivas Institute of Medical Science and Research Centre
The Admission procedure for Indian Nationals:
A student seeking admission in Srinivas Institute of Medical Science and Research Centre must have passed in 12th standard or equivalent examination approved by the RGUHS with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Bio-Technology as optional subjects and English as one of the languages of study, with at least 50% marks in aggregate of optional subjects. The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission.
Indian Nationals seeking admission in the college must have attempted the NEET examinations conducted by the National Testing Agency of the Government of India.
Admission procedure for foreign Nationals/ Non resident Indians
-The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission
-Only 15% of total seats will be allocated for foreign national students
-Must have documents to prove foreign nationality or Non resident Indian
-Candidates shall show Inward remittance certificate from Reserve Bank Of India
-Students must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Bio-Technology as optional subjects and English as one of the languages of study in the 12th or its recognised equivalent.
-Aspiring foreign nationals must get permission certificate from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Health Sciences to pursue the medical course in the State of Karnataka.

-Eligibility certificate from Registrar Nitte University
-Transfer certificate from the College last studiedÂÂ

-RECENT 5 Passport size photographs and 5 stamp size ÂÂ
-Medical fitness Certificate with blood group from a MCI Registered medical practitionerÂÂ
-Proof of employment of parent

-Valid passport and student visa
-Letter of sponsorship in case applicable
-Residential permit from SP and FRO
-No objection certificate from Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India
